I grew up in Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir — and built a career at the intersection of deep technology and enterprise commercial strategy. Today I'm based in London, working as a Customer Engineer, Data & AI Specialist at Google Cloud, where I advise large enterprise accounts across Manufacturing, Media, Energy, and Automotive on their AI journeys.
I've spent 6–7 years watching the same patterns repeat: ambitious AI initiatives that dazzle in demos and disappear before production. My writing and advisory work is built around closing that gap — with practical frameworks, not theory.
Alongside my day role, I co-direct Kaul's Kitchen Limited with my wife Tushi, and run KiranAI — an AI consulting venture focused on helping Indian retail and e-commerce businesses build real AI capability.
